Lead Technician – (Level 1)

We are currently looking for a lead commercial HVAC technician to join our team.  This person will be working alone and/or supervising other technicians, provide field technical support and production along with overseeing larger projects to report to the Account Rep. and/or General Manager.  The successful candidate will get full medical/dental benefits, paid vacation, company service vehicle, training opportunities and more once the introductory probationary period has been successfully completed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum seven (7) years continuous experience in the Commercial HVAC industry with the main focus being on Roof Top Units (RTU’s), Chillers, hands on expertise with controls and units up to 200 tons.  Must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and safety.  *Note: Refrigeration & EMS knowledge is a PLUS!
  • Knowledgeable and able to do technical installation and start-up of new commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, assist in proposal generation for repair/replacement of HVAC systems and components, organize and oversee/perform preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Responsible for assisting in development and supervision of other commercial HVAC technicians, and work with all team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  This will include becoming part of a team who supports and assists each other in getting the job done right the first time and must have the desire to complete required paperwork thoroughly and neatly.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to complete projects on time without sacrificing quality of workmanship.
  • Candidate must have an EPA Refrigeration License and a current Texas HVAC Technician Registration card.
  • Applicant cannot have any felonies on record and cannot have any DWIs on record in the past seven (7) years.
  • Pay is dependent on experience and ability.

 

Service Technician – (Level 2)

We are currently looking for a commercial HVAC service technician to join our team.  This person will be working alone or team up with other technicians to complete specific projects.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service and/or maintenance to various customers on a variety of equipment.  The successful candidate will get full medical/dental benefits, paid vacation, company service vehicle, training opportunities and more once the introductory probationary period has been successfully completed.

Job Requirements

Service Technician-Apprentice – (Level 3)

We are currently looking for a commercial HVAC service technician-apprentice to join our team. This person will team up with other technicians to complete specific projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service and/or maintenance to various customers on a variety of equipment. The successful candidate will get full medical/dental benefits, paid vacation, company service vehicle, training opportunities and more once the introductory probationary period has been successfully completed.

Job Requirements

  • Completion of HVAC technical training at an accredited technical school.
  • Willing to assist with technical installation and start-up of new commercial HVAC systems. Willing to learn troubleshooting and repair of commercial HVAC systems, perform proposal generation for repair of HVAC systems with minimal assistance, and perform preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Responsible for reporting to various company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This will include becoming part of a team who supports and assists each other in getting the job done right the first time, and have the desire to complete required paperwork thoroughly and neatly.
  • Candidate must have an EPA Refrigeration License and a current Texas HVAC Technician Registration card.
  • Applicant cannot have any felonies on record and cannot have any DWIs on record in the past seven (7) years!

(*NOTE) All job applicants must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening process.  They must have a registration card from the State of Texas for the HVAC field.
